Authenticity & Verification: While SSS Wattch is Wealth Pvt Ltd exercises due diligence in verifying the authenticity and provenance of watches submitted for upgradation, servicing, or resale, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information or documents provided by customers, including but not limited to original invoices, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, or other watch-related documents.

All items submitted for sale or service are subject to internal inspection and verification by our expert technical team. The final decision regarding authenticity, condition, and acceptability for resale or servicing shall rest solely with the Company.

Third-Party Ownership & Documentation: The clients submitting watches for trading/ resale, repair and upgradation shall be required to ensure legal ownership and provide original documentation (invoice, warranty card, authentication certificate, etc.). That by engaging with SSS Wattch is Wealth Pvt Ltd, the client declares and undertakes that:

• The watch is not stolen, counterfeit, or encumbered by any third-party claims.
• All documentation provided showcasing its ownership is genuine to the best of their knowledge and as such, the Client has full authority to authorize sale, servicing, or modification of the watch.

The Company shall not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from false representations or misstatements made by customers.

4. Pricing & Evaluation: The valuation and pricing of watches are based on market trends, physical condition, documentation availability, and brand demand. The quotations shared by the Company are subject to revision following detailed physical inspection of the watch or the time piece, as the case may be, or changes in market demand. The final acceptance of the valuation is entirely at the customer’s discretion. The quotations are valid for a limited time, generally 3 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Timelines: All service and upgradation timelines communicated are indicative and subject to change based on the complexity of the work and availability of components. As such, delays may arise due to unforeseen technical issues, availability of parts, third-party logistics, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Customers will be informed of such delays as and when they occur. No claims or penalties shall be entertained on the grounds of delay alone.

Liability Limitations: SSS Wattch is Wealth Pvt Ltd will take utmost care in handling customer watches but will not be responsible for damage or loss due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party logistics delays, or acts beyond our control. • Loss or damage to customer property during transit or due to force majeure events.

While the Company undertakes secure and professional handling of all watches, it cannot be held responsible for risks inherent in servicing or modifying luxury watches, including but not limited to the unavailability of original parts, post-service performance issues, or aesthetic preferences.
